Product Introduction
The first novel use of a new vertical classifier head (patented technology), strong product diversity, the host configuration of five vertical classifiers, ability to produce a wide range of finished particle size, high classification efficiency, finer classification, avoid running coarse, smaller powder cut point, and classification that can essentially reach the Taiwan vertical mill after the second classification code for 2800 powder. The vertical mill's secondary classifying equipment can be purchased for less money, and it perfectly addresses the issue of handling powder after secondary classification. The classifier's motor and classifying wheel use a direct connection transmission, which is very effective and improves classification accuracy and efficiency. This avoids the significant impact that belt transmission slipping and stall have on classification accuracy and efficiency.
The leading grinding device technology, the improved grinding machine, the base is made of integral casting and processed and shaped in a large vertical car to ensure that the machine can operate under low vibration, and the mill noise is lower compared with Taiwan or domestic brands. The whole system is a fully enclosed circulation system, with little dust pollution, making the production environment clean, hygienic and more environmentally friendly.
